Household Staff - Personnal assistant
For a private office handling the personal needs of the Chairman and his family in various locations including Monaco, UK, US, Switzerland EDMAR Int., is looking for an administrative and executive assistant.
Responsibilities encompass household and property management, assistance to private aircraft and yacht staff, personal banking, accounting, asset management, event organization, travel arrangements, record-keeping, and general assistance.
The selected candidate will assist and act as a deputy for the Private Office Corporate Secretary, managing their day-to-day activities when they are unavailable.
The role involves :
•compiling meeting briefs
• managing schedules
•handling financial matters
• maintaining an organized filing system, and coordinating with other office colleagues.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in the private office of a global business leader.
Primary responsibilities include executive assistant and house manager duties supporting the Private Office Corporate Secretary and the Head of Private Office Staff. This involves :
• managing the building,
• planning maintenance
• overseeing repairs
• managing inventory
• supervising household staff
• maintaining filing systems, and assisting with scheduling
•travel arrangements, and yacht-related tasks.
Secondary responsibilities encompass administrative support for the Private Office Corporate Secretary, including :
• corporate secretarial tasks
• financial administration
• Monaco administration
• liaising with administrative services, and managing lease agreements.
The role also involves office management tasks such as purchases, invoices, supplier management, and ad-hoc duties.
Profile & Conditions :
• Candidate must be fluent in English and French, with knowledge of Italian as a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is required.
• Experience in handling corporate documentation, dealing with Monaco authorities, and supporting C-suite executives is preferred.
• Must be proactive, exercise good judgment, work well in a team, handle pressure, and be willing to travel internationally and work flexible hours when necessary.
