Domestic couple

EDMAR Int., is looking for a couple of housekeepers/guards to work in a secondary home located in Cannes, Côte d’Azur, France.
The property (Villa) has an area of 400 m2, Land 1900 m2, swimming pool, pool house, Elevator, central vacuum, laundry room, preparation kitchen, 4 en-suite bedrooms, Basement garage.

The family : a couple and 2 small dogs, are present from June to the beginning of October and 1–2 weeks during the year.

Tasks and responsibilities :
– General interior maintenance
– Management of purchases and expenses
– Report technical problems or malfunctions related to the property.
– Maintenance including small repairs
– Garden maintenance
– Property surveillance (the property is under alarm with a 24/7
security agency service)
– Terrace and garden furniture maintenance (furniture to be
winterized during the absence of the owners)
– Pool maintenance and technical rooms
– Management and supervision of external service providers
– Vehicle maintenance (2)
– Help in the kitchen when the owner cooks.
– Occasional meal preparation for the family and their guests.
(Setting up menus – at the convenience of the owner)
– Table dressing and table service.
– Management of lingerie (Washing, ironing, and storage)
– Interior cleaning
– Management of purchases and expenses including food shopping
and supplies
– Maintenance – small repairs
– Garden maintenance
– Driver for the owners

Conditions of employment
– Full-time CDI
– Declared salary – Minimum Salary 3500 Euro Net
– Accommodation :Furnished apartment with 1 bedroom, living room – kitchen and shower room/WC.
– Company car
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a private family as a couple of
guards/housekeepers.
– Available and flexible, Versatility required.
– Valid Driving license
– Speaking or understanding French well
– English speaking is mandatory and good understanding of French highly appreciate
– Autonomous couple, organizer, responsible and taking initiatives.
– Sense of discretion and confidentiality
– Flexibility of working hours during the presence of the owners – in the summer season from June to October.
