Experienced live-in Cook- Housekeeper

For a mature business couple based between their villa in Paphos Cyprus (May – November) and Dubai (November-April), EDMAR int. is looking for an experienced live-in Cook-Housekeeper holding a UE passport to travel with the principals between their 2 residences.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness throughout.
• Overall responsibility for all housekeeping duties within the residence
• Confident cook of fresh healthy meals, to include meat and fish.
• Laying and serving at table.
• Daily management of the housekeeping function, monitoring of interior tasks. Liaison with the principals, ensuring good communication.
• Overseeing daily laundry routine, monitoring the movement of linens & clothing from laundry to correct locations. Arranging and organizing specialist dry cleaning.
• Work closely with the principals, reporting any damage to fabrics, fixtures and fittings etc.
• Cleaning and polishing of shoes, boots, sports footwear.
• Running errands, liaison with the driver with shopping list for fresh ingredients and ordering housekeeping supplies and maintenance of stock.
• Assist with management of petty cash – recording and receipts.
• Ensuring the housekeeping team is always represented in a professional capacity.
• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and manage all housekeeping duties
• Confidently prepare and serve fresh, healthy meals
• Manage laundry and dry cleaning, ensuring proper care of fabrics and clothing
• Report any damage to property and assist with inventory and shopping
• Oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring professional standards

Condition and profile
• Based in Paphos (May-November) and Dubai (November-April), traveling between the two homes
• Experienced Housekeeper, professional, well-presented, and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prepare fresh, healthy meals (meat and fish)
• Fluent in English, good communication skills
• Non-smoker, happy disposition, respectful, and a team player
• EU Passport required; Driving Licence useful but not essential
• Work with outside staff (driver, garden contractors, etc.)
• Work alongside another housekeeper, on a 5-day week with flexibility 9am-2:30pm & 7-9pm shift rotation
• Accommodation in a separate annex with own room, bathroom, AC, and Wi-Fi
• Uniform, food, and healthcare provided
• 2 days off per week
• Salary negotiable, depending on profile and experience
