Free-lance Part-time chef

To prepare weekly healthy and dietary meals at the family’s residence in Monaco, EDMAR Int. is seeking a part time freelance chef to work 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The family consists of a couple and their 2-year-old child.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing balanced, nutritious, and customized meals to meet specific dietary needs. Flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail in the kitchen are highly valued.

Tasks & Responsibilities :
• Prepare healthy, balanced vegan and vegetarian meals, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Design varied menus tailored to the family’s dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
•Prepare and cook lunch and dinner on site on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Prepare meals in advance for Tuesday, Thursday, and the weekend (lunch and dinner).
• Manage grocery shopping and ensure the kitchen is stocked with fresh, top-quality ingredients.
• Plan and organize weekly menus and seasonal dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, adhering strictly to hygiene standards.
• Properly handle and store all ingredients, ensuring food safety and freshness.
• Prepare meals for special occasions, events, or family gatherings as needed.

• Preference for candidates able to invoice their services.
• Proven experience as a private chef or in high-end restaurants.
• Expertise in healthy, balanced, and nutritious cuisine.
• Demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and a strong sense of service.
• Ability to adapt recipes and menus to the family’s tastes and expectations.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment, and liaise with suppliers if necessary.
• Available to start by the end of March, with a trial period prior to confirmation.
• Permanent position, based on 3 days per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
