Live in domestic couple

For a beautiful secondary villa located in Ibiza, Spain, EDMAR Int. is looking for a dedicated and experienced couple of household employees to maintain the property in perfect conditions.

Tasks & Responsibilities :
– Year-round:

• General housekeeping
• Exterior maintenance
• Garden maintenance
• Maintenance of swimming pool & swimming pool area
• Maintenance of outdoor & indoor property
• Management of external service providers
• Ensure the security of the villa in the absence of residents

– Owner presence :

• Set up and table service
• Laundry duties (Household and household linen)
• Housekeeping duties
• Setting up of exteriors
• Basic cooking if needed
• Running errands & groceries shopping
• Drive family to airport, restaurants, outings
• Work with a team in July and August

Profile and conditions: 

Couple with significant experience in similar positions with mandatory references

• Attention to detail
• Accommodation provided in a separate apartment on-site (shared with the extra staff in summer)
• Not suitable for family with children or animals
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when owners are present with rest recovered during their absence
• Salary to be defined based on profile and experience (the range offered is for the couple)
• Spanish is required
• Spanish permanent contract
• Authorised to work in Europe
• Job opening immediately
