Live-in domestic couple

For a prestigious secondary residence located in the serene countryside of Fubine Monferrato, Piedmont (Italy) EDMAR Int. is seeking an experienced live-in domestic couple

This is a full-time, live-in position with accommodation provided. The start date is flexible, with the residence available from April.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• General upkeep of a newly renovated house (300-350 m²)
• Daily cleaning and organization of living spaces
• Managing 4 bedrooms, a living room, a playroom, and 2 garages
• Daily maintenance and management of the kitchen (cooking skills are very important)
• Table service (formal service not required)
• Light gardening and general outdoor upkeep
• Daily maintenance of the garden and pool (a pool specialist will also be in charge)
• Feeding and caring for the chickens

• Full-time Italian contract
• Driver’s license required
• Prior experience preferred
• Proficiency in Italian required
• No other pets allowed (except for an indoor cat)
• The house is a secondary residence, mainly used on weekends (Friday to Sunday) -Busier months during spring and autumn – Little to no use during winter and summer
• When the family is present, weekends are required (Saturday/Sunday not off)
• Autonomy during the week when the house is unoccupied
• The family plans to stay for approximately 12 months next year due to renovations at their Monaco residence
• Independent annex with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and separate entrance (attached to the main house)
