Household Staff - Nanny
For a UHNW family based in Monaco and expecting their newborn in February/March 2026, EDMAR Int. is seeking an experienced and highly reliable Rota Nanny to provide daily care, structure, and long-term support for the baby.
This is a stable, long-term position within a highly demanding yet rewarding private household, working in close collaboration with the parents and the household team.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
• Provide daily care for the newborn: feeding, sleep routines, hygiene, stimulation, and overall safety.
• Establish and maintain structured routines, ensuring continuity after the maternity nurse leaves (January 2026).
• Support the baby’s development through proven educational methods, fostering discipline, respect, and structure.
• Travel extensively with the family (Europe & international), ensuring the child’s care, security, and routines are maintained.
• Provide continuous care for the baby in Monaco during the family’s travels, guaranteeing stability and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the household team to maintain a seamless and professional environment.
• Deliver frequent updates and feedback to the parents.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience with newborns in HNWI/UHNW households.
• Preference for candidates from Eastern Europe (Ukrainian strongly preferred).
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English
• Strong sense of structure, discretion, reliability, and adaptability.
• Experience travelling with families and working in demanding international environments.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and frequent travel.
• EU passport required.
Conditions
• Rota schedule: 4 months on / 4 months off.
• Full-time availability 24/7 during “on” periods, including international travel.
• Accommodation provided during working periods: independent apartment in Beausoleil.
• Preference for candidates from Eastern Europe (Ukrainian strongly preferred).
