Maternity nurse

For a family based in Monaco expecting twins in October, EDMAR Int., is looking for a live -in Italian speaking maternity nurse to start ideally in mid September.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Provide care for the mother and baby
• Educating parents on best practices
• Providing advice on feeding
• Bathing the babies
• Putting the babies to sleep
• Sorting out clothes and clothing the babies
• Maintaining the nursery
• Updating records
• Establishing routines and making recommendations to the parents
• Provide parents with respite when required.

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, postpartum nurse, or maternal-child health nurse
• Experience working as a lactation consultant
• Certification in neonatal resuscitation
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Registered nurse with a valid state license
• 3/4 months contract – Open to free lance status
• Live in position (private Bedroom and Bathroom in the apartment)
• 24 hours shifts, 6 days a week
• Italian speaking highly appreciated
• Provide proof of residence in the Maritime Alps or the Imperia area to respond to the Monegasque contract
