Household Staff - Personnal assistant

EDMAR Int., is currently seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to work in Monaco on a permanent basis (CDI). This role requires 20 hours per week, with three days spent at the owner’s apartment office and the remaining time working remotely. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, reliable, and highly organized.


– Managing bill payments and financial transactions on behalf of the owner.
– Checking and responding to emails, prioritizing important communications, and maintaining effective communication channels.
– Assisting with restaurant reservations and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, for the owner when required.
– Providing general administrative support, such as organizing appointments, maintaining schedules, and managing paperwork.
– Handling any additional tasks as assigned by the owner to ensure smooth operations of their personal affairs.


– Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage the owner’s personal matters.
– Excellent communication skills to handle correspondence and interactions with various parties.
– Proficiency in computer applications and software, including email and basic office programs.
– Availability to work three days per week at the owner’s apartment office in Monaco.
– No travel is required beyond the specified office location.

Please note that this position is working for a 79-year-old gentleman, and the focus will be on assisting him with his personal tasks and maintaining his daily affairs.
