Household Staff - Personnal assistant

For the CEO of a Monaco-based company, EDMAR Int. is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant for the CEO and his family to manage their personal life organization. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled, dynamic, and capable of handling diverse tasks while maintaining discretion and integrity.


– Serve as the primary assistant to the CEO and their family for personal organization.
– Manage travel reservations and arrangements.
– Act as the direct intermediary between the CEO and all teams.
– Maintain discretion, honesty, and dynamism in all tasks.
– Demonstrate high stress resistance and the ability to work under pressure.
– Proficiency in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.
– Collaborate with other CEO assistants within the company’s office.
– Bilingual in English and French.
– Availability outside of regular working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.


Profile & Conditions:
– Previous experience as a personal assistant is required.
– Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and French.
– Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
– Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
– Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail.
– Full-time Monaco-based permanent contract (CDI).
– Office work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility in the evening and on weekends to address family requests.
– Salary to be determined based on profile and experience.
