We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic team member to work closely with our two recruiters and actively contribute to the smooth running and success of our daily operations.


Tasks & Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Front desk reception: welcoming clients and candidates and ensuring they are properly oriented
•⁠ ⁠Managing the switchboard and handling incoming calls
•⁠ ⁠Receiving and processing packages and deliveries
•⁠ ⁠Providing essential administrative support to the recruitment team
•⁠ ⁠Updating and maintaining candidate databases and internal records
• Begin with first-level candidate screening, including phone pre-qualification and initial suitability checks, before progressing into a role where you independently lead and manage the full recruitment process.
•⁠ ⁠Collecting required documents (IDs, certificates, work permits, tests, etc.)
•⁠ ⁠Performing reference checks and preparing clear summaries for the recruiters
•⁠ ⁠Preparing candidate files and formatting CVs


•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are an advantage
•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Reliable, organised, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable supporting two recruiters simultaneously and managing shifting priorities
•⁠ ⁠Energetic, proactive, and motivated to grow within a dynamic and supportive agency
•⁠ ⁠Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
•⁠ ⁠Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

•⁠ ⁠Based near Monaco (Beausoleil, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, etc.) – proximity is appreciated
